Here at Silverado, it’s our mission to help campers understand the powerful love of Christ throughout their week at camp. We do this through lessons learned at activity classes, Club, and Bible studies.

Pine Cove exists to be used by God to transform the lives of people for His purposes and His glory.

One of the big ways that we share the Gospel with campers is through our morning Bible studies. Each morning, cabins go through a study called “The Great Adventure”. Counselors use this time to explain our position as sinners, how Jesus died for us, how we can be redeemed, and how we can grow in our walk with the Lord. Bible studies are a great time for campers to ask any questions they have

But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. Ephesians 2:4-5

It’s our prayer that through experiencing the love of Christ at camp, campers would have their lives transformed and would seek to grow in their relationship with Him even after camp ends. We would love for you, as parents, to encourage your children to share what they’ve learned at camp. Ask them about their Bible studies, memory verses, what they learned at camp, and challenge them to share it with a friend!
