Is it Friday already?? Well, you know what they say, time sure does FLY when you’re having fun!

We’ve learned so much this week, and we are so very excited to share it with y’all in only a matter of hours! It’s definitely sad to think that Silverado Week 10 is so close to being over, but the kiddos are extremely pumped to tell all that the Lord has done in their lives this week!

Tonight is the legendary “Battle of the Brumbies,” and there is no doubt in our minds that the campers will be victorious in defeating the mean, mean brumbies.

Now you might be thinking to yourself, “Self, what exactly IS Battle of the Brumbies?” We’re here to help! Basically, tonight is the night in which your campers will fight in a big pit of mud, getting as messy as possible, trying to get their counselor’s rubber bands. The challenge is that the rubber bands are located on the staff’s arms and legs, and the campers are to remove every single band from every single brumby in the pit!

The best part is that the kids are actually encouraged to get really dirty, and they LOVE it! As PC Staff, it’s probably one of our absolute favorite theme nights of the week. But wait! There’s more! We not only help your campers get messy, we also clean them off for our nice night known as Camper Share. This is just a time for the kiddos and their cabins to worship together, share about how their hearts have been changed, and how our King has been working throughout the week.

Y’all, we are so honored and thankful that you have entrusted your children with us. We cannot even describe in adequate enough words how blessed we feel for getting just a week with them.

We are grateful for all the Creator has shown us through your camper’s child-like faith in just a few shorts days, and we are hopeful they will continue to seek Him in all they do after they leave. Our wish is that y’all will ask them questions not only about the fun and crazy aspects of their weeks, but also their spiritual experiences too.

May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious unto you. May the Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you His peace.
