Ephesians 2:10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

The second full day of camp at the Towers may have come to an end but the fun is just beginning! After a delicious breakfast, campers spent the day going to their fun activity classes such as the hydroplane and archery!

Later in the day, campers and counselors opened up their Bibles together and studied another story of how Jesus can change people’s lives. We believe the Lord is working in mighty ways in the campers’ hearts!

Today’s Bible Study at the Towers focused on Genesis 2:18-22 and learned about how we are the Lord’s special creation. Campers studied the story of Adam and Eve and learned about how God intended for people to live in community.

After Bible study, campers either spent their free time at the Wardrobe, swimming at the Coolossus, or having a hang time with their counselors.

In the evening, campers and counselors dressed up in their “Wrinkle in Time” attire and visited the nursing home, Piney Woods, only to find that Thanos had turned the Avengers old! Oh no! After defeating Thanos and turning the Avengers back to their younger selves, campers and counselors gathered to worship during Club.

All in all, today was a great day at camp. Watching the Lord at work today has been so powerful. As we wrap up the day, we are eagerly looking forward to what God has in store for us tomorrow, and for the rest of the week.
