It’s Thursday here at the Towers and the campers are having a blast! This morning campers did porch cheers before breakfast and then went out for activity classes. They enjoyed the fresh air and zipping down the zipline.

After lunch, campers got to spend some time with their cabins reading the Word and continuing to learn about salvation and finding their identity in Christ. They dove into how we are broken people but God made a way for us to be whole and reunited with him through Jesus Christ! Our memory verse for the day was Romans 10:9 which reminds us of the simplicity and beauty of accepting Jesus as our savior.

In the afternoon, campers ventured back out into camp. They participated in more activity classes and spent time playing with their friends at Freetime!

In the evening, campers and counselors dressed up in their “Wrinkle in Time” attire and visited the nursing home, Piney Woods! The campers and counselors gathered to worship during Club, then enjoyed a relaxing evening watching “Up”!

The last day of camp is almost here and we cannot wait to see what fun it has in store!
