In this morning’s Bible study, we talked about how God’s love equips us to love others. Sin causes us to focus on ourselves and take from others rather than give to them. Because of the saving grace of the Gospel, broken relationships we once had can be restored. We no longer have to feel empty inside because Jesus has filled that void in our heart.

“Teacher, which command in the law is the greatest? He said to him, Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and most important command. The second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.”

Matthew 22:36-39

At the end, we discussed how to love different people in our life the way that God chooses to love us. With His love, we have the ability to love others the way we were made to.
